How We Use AI
Our diagnostic process uses AI-supported analysis tools. It is worth being specific about what this means.
What AI does. AI tools help structure intake information, separate stated facts from assumptions, generate and test candidate root-cause hypotheses, and produce draft analytical outputs.
What AI does not do. AI does not make the final determination of a root cause, select recommended solutions, or produce client deliverables without human review. Every conclusion in a client report is reviewed, edited, and owned by Eugene Ivanov.
What we do with your material. We minimize the client information entered into AI tools and anonymize it where doing so does not compromise the analysis. We use commercial AI services under terms that do not permit client content to be used for training third-party models. We do not enter information you have identified as restricted.
Your choice. If you would prefer that your materials not be processed through AI tools at any stage, tell us before the engagement begins, and we will accommodate it or tell you honestly if we cannot.
Information Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information, except:
With service providers necessary to operate — for example, our website host, email provider, and scheduling tool — who process information only on our behalf

Data Retention

Client engagement materials are retained for the duration of the engagement and for a reasonable period afterward, so we can answer follow-up questions and maintain continuity if you return for further work. You may request deletion of your materials at any time, and we will delete them unless we are legally required to retain them.
