Our services are engaged under a separate written agreement that sets out scope, fee, timeline, and deliverables for the specific engagement. Nothing on this website constitutes an offer, and these terms do not govern any paid engagement. Where these terms and an engagement agreement conflict, the engagement agreement governs.
Our diagnostic engagements deliver an analysis, a root-cause diagnosis, and a set of solution options. They stop before implementation. We do not guarantee any particular business outcome, and decisions about which options to pursue and how to carry them out remain yours.
3. AI-Supported Analysis
Our work uses AI-supported analysis tools as part of a human-led process. These tools assist with structuring information, generating and testing hypotheses, and drafting analytical outputs. They do not determine conclusions.
Every diagnosis and recommendation we deliver is reviewed, edited, and owned by Eugene Ivanov. You are responsible for evaluating our recommendations against your own knowledge of your organization before acting on them.

4. Confidentiality
Information you share with us in the course of an inquiry or engagement is treated as confidential. We do not disclose it, publish it, or use it in marketing without your written permission. This obligation continues after an engagement ends.

Deliverables produced for a client during an engagement are addressed in that engagement's agreement.
